How Can I Upgrade My FBS Membership To The Deluxe From The Basic?

Log into your FBS system, click on the shopping cart, and click on the continue shopping button. Then purchase the Deluxe Membership, and we will credit you back what you paid on the Basic. After this is complete create a ticket requesting your refund. If you have not registered to use the S&S Center before, click 'Register' and complete your brief profile. You must then verify your identity and activate your account by clicking the link in the email that will be sent to you right after completing the registration process. Then click 'Submit a Ticket', select your Department from the dropdown list and then follow the remaining steps. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
